Amortization Table
Use this table to find the monthly payment for
any loan amount for the term of years and rates shown above. The
dollar amount represents the monthly payment for a $1,000 loan.
To compute for a different amount, divide that amount by 1,000 and
multiply by the monthly payment.
Example:
The monthly payment for a loan of $172,500 for 30 years at 7% would
be 172.5 x 6.65302 = $1,147.65
